This course is all about learning how to write about graphs and charts for Task 1 of the IELTS exam. It will give you a simple easy to use formula for how to approach Task 1 when you are given a graph or a chart on the IELTS exam. This formula will work every time! This course also gives information on vocabulary and grammar to use in your answer. If you are hoping to get a 6 or above on IELTS, this course is for you.
"Unlocking IELTS Writing: Graphs" is the first lecture in our series on how to approach IELTS Task 1 Writing.
Note: this course is recommended for students with approximately Intermediate level or above in English.
Your Instructor
I am an expert teacher of English as a second language. I have over 15 years of experience as a teacher. I also possess MA in TESOL/Applied Linguistics as well as a Cambridge CELTA and DELTA. I have trained teachers and students from over 65 countries and my previous clients have included executives from major investment banks, workers at the European Union Parliament, Middle Eastern royalty and the occasional international celebrity. I enjoy teaching all aspects of English but I am a specialist in several areas, one of which is IELTS exam preparation. I have been helping students achieve success on their IELTS exams for over a decade and I am excited to share with you the secrets and inside knowledge I have about the exam to help you get the score you need!
